We drove from Lucerne to Paris and showed up right around rush hour. We got stuck in some seriously crazy Parisian traffic. Those frogs are probably on par, if not worse, than the Italians. So first stop was the Eiffel tower. It was fantastic that we showed up at night because the view was truly awesome. We went up to the top to check out the view, watched the strobes go off on the hour and then hit up the bar to celebrate Sarah's (not my sister) birthday. The next day was museums and culture. We went to the Luvre and got our picture with the Mona Lisa, stopped off at Notre Dame Cathedral, then it was off to Napoleon's tomb and the military museum. We then walked up the Champs Elysees and climbed to the top of the Arch De Triumph. We also had a Royal with cheese...our first and only food stop at Mickey D's. That night, we went to the world famous Moulan Rouge for dinner and a show. Afterwards, everyone went next door to the O'Sullivan's bar and got our drink on. Definitely a good time, but a rough morning, as we had to fly out the next day. The perfect way to end and awesome trip.

Lucerne, Switzerland
Into the Swiss Alps. What a cool country. I guess the Swiss Army is pretty serious. They can mobilize 500,000 troops in a 24 hr period. Guess that's why no one invades that country. The chocolate in that country is seriously good. But its definitely one of the cleanest places I've ever seen. The hotel we stayed in was a converted jail...very novel, and surprisingly, it was the best night of sleep I had during that trip.
Florence
I guess I've slacked off on posting lately...things have been crazy busy. But now I'm at least going to finish the Europe pics. Off to Florence. We eat some great food where the waiter got frisky with one of our friends, climbed up the Duomo and bought a bunch of leather goods. The younger members of our tour headed out to the Disco tech after dinner, but the partying started on the bus.
